At GABUM, we ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, mainland Portugal and Europe.
Below you will find information about shipping rates, delivery times and conditions depending on the destination and type of product.

⏰ 24-hour express shipping: place your order before 12:00 noon on business days for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping to Portugal
We ship to mainland Portugal (18 of the 20 regions). The Azores and Madeira are currently outside our delivery area. You can choose between:
- International Standard: 4 to 10 business days for €9.99
- International Express: 2 to 7 business days for €14.99

Shipping to the rest of Europe
We also ship to other European countries, but shipping costs vary depending on the destination and parcel weight. Please contact us before placing your order by phone or WhatsApp and we will provide you with the applicable shipping cost with no obligation.
Areas we do NOT ship to
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. The customs procedures associated with these destinations create logistical complications that prevent us from guaranteeing delivery under optimal conditions. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Shipping large parcels
Large-volume parcels require specialised transport. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
When will my order be dispatched?
⏰ Cut-off time: 12:00 noon
To receive your order the following day with 24-hour express shipping, place your order before 12:00 noon on a business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon, at weekends or on public holidays will be prepared and dispatched on the next business day. The 24-hour transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

How long will my order take to arrive in Spain?
Mainland Spain: 48–72 hours with standard shipping or 24 hours with express shipping. Balearic Islands: 48–72 hours (€5.99) or 24-hour express shipping (€6.99).
Do you ship to Portugal?
Yes, to mainland Portugal (18 of 20 regions). International Standard: 4–10 business days for €9.99. International Express: 2–7 business days for €14.99.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
No. Due to the complications associated with customs procedures, we do not currently ship to these destinations.
Do you ship to other European countries?
Yes, but shipping costs vary. Please contact us before placing your order and we will provide you with the exact shipping cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the carrier's tracking number.
What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?
The carrier will attempt a second delivery or leave you a notice so that you can collect your parcel from their depot or collection point. If you experience any problems, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
