LEGO Technic Heavy-duty Tow Truck 42128 contains 2,017 pieces and recreates a heavy recovery vehicle with numerous mechanical functions. The crane boom rotates, the winch is operated manually and the outriggers deploy. Three pneumatic functions control the extension and lifting of the boom and towing arm. Under the bonnet is an inline six-cylinder engine with moving pistons, and steering is controlled by a wheel above the cab. The model also features lift axles and elements typical of a heavy recovery truck.
